Unless it is completely free of advertising or links leading to more advertising, then I would assume most would consider it an outbound link. If you count it as one of those, then you would most likely be Ok.
If it truelly is a 2257 statement with no advertising, then the general feeling is it is fine and not counted. To cover your ass I would just count it anyway. |
