Look around the boards and you will find some complaints all of the time. Just today a Chinese fellow posted a notice on Foogie.

Concerning me not getting paid, I have not received any reply to about 10 emails that I have sent to Verotel. Somebody on live chat mentioned Donny, the guy that handles Korean payments would be a person who would know and reply to me, but again - no answer from Donny to the 2 emails I sent him. So all I could guess, would be it could have something to do with Korean payments, but that is just a guess as their customer support is not answering queries at all. Since Korean payments make up a very small percentage of transactions, I can not understand why they would hold on to all amounts. And even more disturbing why they would not give any explanation.

I have another merchant and one more affiliate account with Verotel and they are making payments for these on time, but the third account is not served by them as previously stated. That is the sad truth. The ball is in Verotel's half as they fail to pay or explain .... don't you think?

Sure. My side: they owe me money and they don't pay. I ask them: why? They do not answer. I hear similar complaints from other webmasters. So I conclude: they have problems! Anything wrong with my thinking?

Since you did not include your account number here (for obvious reasons) I cannot give you any information specific to your account. However, as you stated above, you have other account(s) with us which ARE being paid. Also according to the conversation I just had with our Risk Mgmt Dept., the only reason you wouldn't be being paid right now is because THAT particular account has primarily Asian transaction revenues due.

You said that you did receive a reply from our Risk Mgmt. Dept. today, however, if you would like me to have them look over your account again then you can e-mail me with your CustID at my email address below.
