Sites are down

My sites have been down for at least the last 2 hours.

I sent my host an e-mail and he replied stating everything is good on their end. So then why are my fucking sites down and why can't I access my fucking FTP?

I look at it like someone closing Walmarts doors for a few hours during a Saturday and saying oh well don't worry about the lost time.

I have already been getting decline e-mails cause my sites are down.

Fuck this really pisses me off.
