Darryl, in your above statement you mentioned that Korean processed amounts are withheld, only. That is simply wrong. You are holding back the entire amount, including US and Europe Credit Card payments. And not just to merchants, but also to resellers. I contacted your risk management last week on monday and was promised a response on the same day about my inquiry. However, I did not receive a reply until today ....

So what is going on with you? Why are you holding back other amounts than said Korean payments and why are replies so hard to get?

BTW, I am not a Korean webmaster, but from the US. So why are you unable to pay to the US if you say Korean webmasters are affected, only????

The guy has a legit beef. If a company said, "early August" and still hasn't come through by Sept. and now saying early Oct. I would start wondering about them as well.

I do agree he has a legit beef but if the bulk of his transactions are from Korean/Asian partners then I am confident that he knows what the deal is in that part of the world.

And on another note, starting a thread with the title "Verotel unable to make payments" is akin to yelling fire in a crowded movie house - ESPECIALLY considering that (A) he is being paid on his other accounts and (B) if this were a widespread problem then it wouldn't just be him yelling fire!
