Actually I do agree that its a stereotype, hence I know people who live like slobs and have money out the ass, and people who live paycheck to paycheck and have homes you could do surgery in .

yep I do have a target crowd in mind , as you have a different target. My crowd would be more the type who'd buy "girls gone wild " tapes or "home grown"
, while your crowd seems to be more the playboy channel , cinamax at night type stuff.
And that is in no way an insult because there is money to be made in both groups .

Plenty of guys, I imagine, find that after they move out of the messy dorms, stop relying on pizza and booze for breakfast, and get real careers, the babes are more likely to flock to them than to some dirty college boy with empty food containers all over his bedroom. No I dont think ALL guys think like me , that would be silly, I was just describing what makes sites like mine get popular(hopefully my new site is up soon) , and yes guys at my age can get laid , it just takes more work now (a few dates , flowers here and there etc etc ....) What I mean by easy to get laid during the college days is the buy a girl 2 drinks , talk about what bands you like for an hour , Then go home and bang like bunnies.

Ok I think you have the wrong Idea of what I mean by LIVED IN, I'm not talking about a place that looks like a septic tank was emptied in the living room . I'm not talking about a place that has spilled food on the floor , or dog doo on the carpet. I'm just talking about lived in .
the pic below is a good example of what I'm talking about , the place is LIVED IN but is still clean, no trash on the floor, no biohazzards etc etc ....
