Hey man I'm wondering why you rejected my last 3 submissions you reviewed? I'm thinking it's because they are unavailable to you? At least I'm having issues with accessing some homepages right now - I'm thinking it might be because of the Cogent/Level 3 conflict unless that has been solved.
