Can't think of any reason I wouldn't list a site like that...assuming the site passed muster in other areas of course.

Guess it would depend on how it was done. But, at first blush...I wouldn't have any problem with the idea

My thoughts exactly. Personally, I'd just build on the bigger side, but that's just me.
