Since it's installed on boxes owned by your host, my guess is that it's their problem.

Our's seems to work fine

Thanks Emmanuelle...I kinda figured that was the case.

But, before I take a big bite out of someones ass...thought I should confirm that cpanel is working fine for others.

This is a recurring issue that gets blamed on cpanel every time...which is why I'm not my usual patient self about it
