I'd think the most important thing is a site (or sites) that convert. In the end, the sponsor could have the biggest & best admin & promo tools & bells & whistles & whatnot, but if it doesn't convert, who the fuck cares.

The more tools the better - different sized banners/graphics, hosted galleries & free sites (and ways to easily export them), promo content, etc.

First, I gotta like their sites. Even if people tell me a site makes 100 sales a day, if I don't care for the site, I won't promote it.

If you are trying to make money that does not make any sense.

Number of sales for pps and /or conversions and rebills for revshare.

I'm not a big sponsor promoter, but I look for unique and interesting sites that I would want to join and would work with my traffic. All the full page ads and unusual banner sizes in the world don't make up for crappy sites, to me. I'm on CCBill myself and most of my sponsors are as well, so I'm happy with them.
