I list anything I haven't seen before... (that is legal). Free content from any program solo girl or mega site can become overused. Stick with the newest stuff, and try to stay ahead of the curve on it. Otherwise you risk being #3 or #4 to submit the same thing, and that usually gets you a rejection.
I would also say that if you are going to use sponsor content, you may want to make superior sites. You will get listed more often with re-used content if you site is unique and stands out. I sometimes allow a relist if the sites are good. Alex |

There is only one site I've used sponsor content from on my freesites lately, and i've been lucky to get it accepted consistently, and I only push that site about 1 out of every 4 or 5 sites I build I'd say.
I agree with everyone, if we haven't seen it already, quite a few times, np listing it.
