Be a good gallery submitter before owning a TGP. This kinda sounds odd maybe, but a bad gallery submitter grows up to be a bad TGP owner, lol. I post on a few noobie boards and they're building TGP's before they've even spent a week submitting galleries...guess what kind of TGP they're going to run?

If you've been submitting galleries for a bit and you're really comfortable as a submitter, you have partner accounts, etc. Just ask yourself what irritates you the most and then don't do it
