I think you have to get the 2257 info for the person who did the cartoons.
 Seriously, though... in Canada, material that APPEARS to depict someone under 18 is illegal (our child porn laws are weirdly strict and enforced in strange ways). So anime in some cases can be illegal even without intention. Get the model's ID! Alex |
