Just out of curiosity why do you want someone else to build the templates? Most sponsor content is overused the day it comes out. You will do much better buying your own content. Thier is no problem promoting Top Bucks that I know of. I am not a LL owner but I never had any problem promoting them on LL's

binxgook has a good point. I own a content site SellmyContent.com and we give you pre-built search engine friendly galleries when you buy a set of content. It'd be a good start to making a free site, just add a warning page and main page, You can find a set pretty reasonable, some are under $10
