How to start a webcam site?

That's a pretty loaded question. What do you have so far? Models? Servers? Equipment? Programming? Billing? Designers?

Dan could probably give you the numbers...I would say the startup cost, for a successful web cam site, is far steeper than most other adult endeavors.
