Black Listed and need help please

yeah I guess I can understand why, especially since alot of free hosts etc use sub domains, which would often lead to sites disappearing after time. I never imagined my own subs domains would go down, esp because of a goof by my hosting company. I have to say for the most part I have been pretty happy with them.

Any chance I can successfully appeal the blacklist? or do I use another domain, email addy and stay away from sub domains?

I suppose regardless I will be better off not using sub domains.
I plan to submit to LL regularly.
