Made my biggest biz mistakes in 05, the worst of which was trying to take on too much and it caused growth to stop dead.

So this year I am taking the butchers knife to some of my side project adn focusing on my main two

Interesting that some of you seem to be wanting to take on a whole heap of new projects this year, and my advice is to stick to the things you do well unless these extra projects are essential to your growth.
