Nobody can get their hands on your cash except you so long as nobody else knows your account details. Two exceptions are if you are involved in Drugs or Terrorism in which case Swiss law allows your country to spend 6 months in the Swiss legal system trying to get a disclosure order served on the banks (75% fail since they have to prove you are an international and not merely a domestic drug runner or terrorist).
