Well.. it takes a while (3-4 days) but so far all my problems (I used help desk tickets not emails) have been resolved and payments are allways on time.

GOOD Luck! I had a problem with an incorrect payout, and after telling the person that was responding to my help desk ticket I could send a screen shot, they just deleted the help ticket, never got another response.

I've used both e-mail and the help desk.
I've been promoting SilverCash for about 5 years and have never had a problem or reason to contact them until now. My stats are showing "0" across the board (all programs/clicks/sales). They've also taken away 99% of my rewards points for some reason. AND, when I looked at my account details, they had all my old info (payee name, address, phone number, etc.) from when I first signed up with them. What's up SilverCash?! |confused| |

Update: I've figured out what was up with my account myself. All is good with SilverCash again - just wish their support was better.
