It is indeed a cgi program that I'm using but I don't have enough experience to get the banner on this page http://www.deadlydollars.com/cgi-bin/schlabo/potd.pl? to work with this code http://links.verotel.com/cgi-bin/showsite.verotel?vercode=21574:

As I mentioned the page is .pl and not .shtml

I would love to learn how to set it up myself but it seems rather difficult.
