They should pull out his toe and finger nailes then dry shave his whole body and dunk him a pool full of rubbing alcohol, all while forced to watch I love lucy or the three stooges reruns.
All joking aside. If they don't hang him he'll most likely end up at Guantanamo bay and gather inside intel. one down and one more evil person to capture. Its a grand day for the good old USA.
