Looking for places to submit amateur sites

Again, I'd list that site, but I never saw submissions from you on your last pass at this, so I'm wondering if there's a reason. |confused|

two reasons

1 - When I did my last tables and since getting ready the recip rules have changed

2 - Lost my PW - all fixed now and you are added
