Yeah- I knew all that. From a users point of view it's a pain in the ass though.

I just went to set up an account and would have to wait until tomorrow to see how much they test charged the card.

So, I guessed twice and now need to call long distance to resolve it.

Also, when I go to sign up they deduct $10 from the loading amount. $150 becomes $140. And then there is a fee on top of that to make a transaction?

I want to pay YOU the $150, but don't ever plan on using epassporte personally.

Can you take money from anyone else like Jim? I could just send Jim the funds via PayPal.

It also seems ya can only do things in increments of $50 on epassporte. So, if ya need $150 I need to load it to $200, they deduct $10 and that becomes $190 then there is a small service charge per transaction.

I don't want epassporte the transaction to cost $200 and that's what it seems like it will be unless you can accept the $140?

<shrug> You know I want the stuff and it is a great price, but I don't want to give epassporte any more than I need to, know what I mean?

Frustrating. I'll have to wait until tomorrow now.
