reason i said that was because they used to be on ibill, they had a process for switching ppl over to ccbill and paying out thier last balance on ibill

so basically i was telling advise to current advertisers at the time to make sure they got switched over to ccbill

jscott is correct about switching to CCbill, we have asked our affiliates, who used Ibill to switch over to Ccbill when the payout issues have started with Ibill.
