Morning.. I was up at 130am.. but went back to bed.. too many $$ floating in my head.
Looks like my front yard will be a 75% DYI. I had 4 landscape companies yesterday and got quotes from 7500-22K to redo my front yard. So it will be searching the freecycle for people getting rid of desert landscapes and have free rocks.. etc.. but we'll see how it goes. Had a nice little farewell lunch with Swedeguy yesterday who's reluctantly leaving today..  so Sweeedeee if you are logging in from the airport.. Fly well. Welcome back Fonz.. Heat?
