If you have to ask this question you're probably not ready to run a TGP. You should start with gallery building, freesite building, learn the basics of the adult industry. You're definitely putting the cart before the horse. There's a few thousand tgp's out there at the moment, you have a lot of competition, and not knowing or understanding the basics will pretty give you a handicap that you won't overcome.
