Learning from mainstream

I started in mainstream on the net and have done very well at it and I continue with mainstream projects as well as adult.

I have never believed in putting all of my eggs in one basket and I also believe that you can never have enough money.

So while some laugh at mainstream they forget that there is a far larger mainstream population than there is that is interested in adult. Mainstream is like adult in that it requires very little to get into on the net so why not take advantage of it?

Heck, make a mainstream site with good keywording and info on it, throw up some adsense ads and make a little bit on the side. Rinse, and repeat.

I'm not laughting at mainstream, I'd love to make more money online with mainstream sites but I find it way harder to network and exchange links in the mainstream than in adult.

I have no plans of doing any mainstream sites, and I'm not encouraging anyone to do them.

I am encouraging learning. Anyone who wish to learn marketing skills on the net should look at this site. That's all.

I know it's easy to dismiss mainstream marketing techniques since adult industry has very specific clients. What we should not dismiss is that we need to sell stuff to get $$$.

What I noticed while browsing adult sites (and mainstream also) is that people are not really selling. You will be amazed how implementing even the basic marketing techniques will increase your income.

I also noticed that many adult webmasters are complaining about "slow sales" and doing nothing to improve their game. The site I mentioned is working manual on selling on the net.
