I have GOT to stop letting my girlfriend tell people I'm a computer geek! That same machine is back AGAIN...this time a cooling fan was making noise. No biggie...popped a spare fan in it...no more noise. BUT, upon boot...now the damn thing seems to have a corrupted mbr
 Tried the recovery console...no joy there...it says the mbr is unrecognizable. And of course, they don't have the original O/S cd...so a complete reinstall isn't gonna happen. In a word...UGH! Oh wait...we're adult webmasters...a better word for the situation...FUCK! Thanks...needed to vent...back to porn slingin  |
