As Cleo said, they ill ant that info faxed to them, unless... you are the main account holder and the check is currently issued to a different name, you can get the check made in your name with just a phone call. For the account change form (if the check is to be made to a name other than the account holder) go to 'Home', then right hand side beneath your info 3rd link down is 'account change forms' which takes you to http://businesscenter.ccbill.com/htm...L-5001-04.html
