MrYum, you are correct - too many of EXACTLY the same thing is apparently not the best way to do thing. When people create custom return links, they often create variation in the words, the order, even the spelling... all things that would not hurt IMHO.

I like to use either the title or the description of the page I'm sending the link to (if they are reasonable) And if not that but the page has a <h1>right at the top of the page I might use that. How much more targeted can you get then that?

Thanks for the confirm Alex

Yea, I'm a big fan of custom recips...used em when doing free sites, and prefer em as a link list owner myself. The other upside to custom recips is 'usually' someone that does them actually checks to make sure they're visible on the site
