When buying traffic for a link list

I have no idea. The site I used it on just opened when I started to buy the traffic.

Just thought I would update and say that I have bought 5k traffic from traffic-out to see whats its like, it sounds promising they put a link which is you name of your site and its only people that click on the name that gets sent to your website.
