I don't get very much response from epass either. The payment method is good, but can't imagine what is going on internally

update on my issue, new card is on his way to my home, old card is working again, issue resolved in about 1 and a half day without calling them but did send them 3 emails, mmmmmm i have to say not bad

must be my lovely dutch chinese writing i send them
