Average conversion ratios

i only cant bare that i worked almost 4 years 18 hours a day on my own stuff and that my sales are dropping there, if you have a sponsor which give you for 3 years a ratio of 1.88 and then you suddenly drop to 1.2250 and it stays that way then i start to think oke something is wrong.
