Besides the reputation the biggest advantage, in my opinion, to CCBill for single site programs is that affiliates can aggregate all their sales under one account and get one check. That means I can sign up for a single site program, make just a few sales a month, and still get my money each pay period rather than having to wait to meet the payout minimums for each individual program.

For that reason I don't think that the benefits of using NATS etc. really pays off until you have multiple sites in a program, or have a single site doing very high volume.

This is an advantage for sure. And, like UW said, I do not have to handle the billing. So affiliates don´t have to worry about their payouts.
