I would prefer to pour concrete, and put astroturf on it. I prefer low maintenance. Wife however prefers grass and doesn't like xeriscaping.
Other than that, going to meet some people for lunch -- Cleo, I think your class would be more fun -- its just a stone's throw away. Then, back to work for me. haha, forgot to hit post...

I wish I could find the article, saw on MSN news program some really great looking artifical grass, looks and feels just like grass, plus spongy not astro turfy looking.
