A simple screen shot can do wonders.

Open photoshop, or whatever image editing program you have, and create a new file. Play the flash thing you described. When you get the image you want hit the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard. You have now copied everything visible on your screen into your clipboard. Go to photoshop, and "edit >> paste". The screen shot you copied should paste onto the new file. Do as you wish from there.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if emmanuelle has Macromedia Flash.
