They are actually one of the smaller fileshare hosts and becoming smaller because they actually take down content when a complaint is sent over by the copyright holder - and I believe their size limit is actually a lot higher than 50 mB (around 300 is common these days)
They are not just limited to porn - although there is quite a bit of it - and they dont offer access to all of the files if you pay for the premium - you can still only download from links on the msg boards out there.
The real way to go against this stuff is for the copyright holders to police their stuff a little better - but to be honest I know of quite a few that post their own stuff on purpose - part of their viral marketing that also includes things like the newsgroups etc., so youre not going to find that many program owners that will do much.
