Personally I reject anything that contains an exit to a porn site (either a hub containing porn links or a porn sponsor). But personal products or dating sites don't bother me.
As for privacy software as an exit link - I'm definately considering rejecting for that too - afterall I do reject for it in a site and the exit link is essentially the same thing... This is my opinion but I'm certain others will say the exact opposite...
