One Submission/Day

DJilla is right about the script issue.

I don't have a problem with re-submitting rejected sites... as long as their actually fixed, and the courtesy isn't abused.

If I take a chance and re-submit a site that I fix, what chance will there be that I'll get blacklisted?

I have this in my rejection letter since I have a backlog of sites to review.

I don't have a one submission per day rule. I do ask that multiple submissions be on different domains, and of course abuse will just get all subs deleted.
