What is a PR ranking

LOL really? LOL I am going to go read all about this PR stuff. A big thanks to DD, and all that helped out. Its hard sometimes to figure out whats real and whats not. I find some info that says one thing, while reading something that says something different. (Speaking generally) Its often hard to keep up. There are so many little things to keep up with. I guess I was so wraped up in all my work going down the tubes I didnt think it though.To all a big big thanks.
