Thats a great tool... ONLY if the owner of that site updates frequently - he is using OLD recips for many Link Lists - My site for example have changed my recip tables since Oct 2005 and I wont accept free sites using the old recips - many other Link Lists listed there also have changed their recip button or tabls - that is probably the number one reason you are not getting listed.

My suggestion is - go ahead and use that recip tool.. However, investigate further into each link list you submit to to make sure you are current on their rules and recips.

I went ahead and emailed him asking to change my recips to the correct ones, hopefully other future submitters wont be standing in your shoes and wondering what went wrong... Main rule for all submitters is READ THE RULES of EACH Link List you submit to! most of them are basically the same to be honest . the rules are straight forward and logical.
