Not exactly, but it does allow the user to download "partner provided" images without viewing a web page with links and banners etc. Essentially one step up from Fusker or GUBA.

I don't see much of an upside for "partners" as conversion rates would have to be VERY low.

I'm just amazed that this clueless wonder doesn't understand why TGP & Link List owners & submitters aren't greeting him with open arms.
