Open sponsor in new window or not?

Just noticed your title...
Leave the sponsor link alone. Give them a chance to do what they do and once you send a surfer to them, say goodbye.

Depends on where you are sending the surfer from - if it is your own site like a hub or link list - do whatever you want

If it is a submitted gallery or free site you will most likely not be accepted as that is one of the standard rules to never open a new window from your gallery or free site (submitted ones of course) - also I have seen loads of people go back and change their free sites and galleries to add this new window - and I know for a fact that when they made that change they were placed on blacklists - just something to think about
