Contact the companies you mentioned, and ask them about their policies, as well as what you can mutually offer each other.
I'd also recommend contacting Stephanie at 2much.net They are a great company here in Canada to work with, and very respectful of their models. I'll mention this thread to her and see if she can pop in to answer the questions you listed |
