Well, there is KingHost but question is do they give accounts now coz they have some days when they give that accounts and some days they don't but you can check it here http://www.kinghost.com (but that's only for pictures! You can't put any bigger file then 75Kb on that host). And if you want to do some movie (or picture) galleries and you need a lot of bandwidth...then I suggest you to ask you sponsor for a sponsor free host
