My main site is no longer in the index... Is is possible for someone else to request that a site be deleted?

After 12 weeks with a new domain and a handful of sites I had 184 pages indexed. In the last two weeks that has dropped to 108 pages.
 At least it's held steady for two weeks and hasn't dropped any more. |

Another possibility, happening alot recently, is that you incoming links increased to fast...the bot doesn't like that. I'd wait a month, if the site doesn't come back remove everything that could violate the google standards, file a reinclusion request and hope the human reviewer of your request didn't have a bad day  |

Is it really possible for a competitor to have your site deleted? If so, is there any way I can find out if that has happened???
