which software do you use for home stats?

For my freesites I'm happy with AWstats, on my other sites I'm using google analytics and I'm very happy with them

Can google analytics track stats on multiple domains? I am looking for something to count and track hits on a new project I'm doing involving several domains.
I could do with just ONE counter for all domains but if I can break it up by domain then that would be better ofcourse.
