Agreed on the content - get a little nastier with it
The only other thing I saw is the top and bottom links on the galleries (the red ones) need to stand out a little better - a larger font size or really go for the throat and make them lime or yellow  And you probably only need to push the "other sites" once on the page - probably at the bottom and use some different sales text for the top links |

I wanted to reply to this separately - the pics vs vid question
I would probably try it 3 different ways and watch the conversions from each Pics Vids A combo HFS with one gallery pics and one vids - then see if there is a difference on click throughs |
