There is a lot of issues to think about when looking for adult hosting... location is one, adult acceptance is another, and of course, laws. Datacenters is important to know as well because most people see a hosting provider in one place but don't realize that company's datacenters could be in another country. What it comes down to is this...and although I am not a lawyer...wherever the content is stored or served, is where the laws should apply. So if your site is hosted in a datacenter that is located in another country, that country's laws should apply because its in their country. In some cases, you may not be fully protected if this is the case.
I would search for hosts, but ask them where their servers are. Another option would be to consult a lawyer. |

First, I wouldn't suggest choosing any host which has a Russian translation of its site available.
Secondly, if your company intends on serving web pages to U.S. citizens, it doesn't matter where your host is physically located. The FBI will fly there and take your server home with them.
