When do you need a welcome screen?

I think it depends on the business model you're aiming for.

I see a lot of US based webmasters using warning pages.

I also see a lot more sales on my warning pages.

Im looking to be like coolios babes site, or a free ones or kick ass babes,, these are sites i love, and none have a warning page...
