are you really gonna go thru the trouble of hiring a lawyer and paying 250 to 300 an hour for this low level piece of crap here's another strategy let it go. but document every thing bring up the page on your monitor go out and buy the NY times and take a picture, print the html and do screen caps MAYBE 5 years from now the asshole will be into some dollars and THEN you slap him with a lawsuit you have 5 years to take legal action from the time he stops infringing why blow a potential meal ticket I have a few assholes that I am currently waiting on I have a foler on my desktop and its called scumbags and inside that is like 8 or 9 sub folders every now and then I surf by and make screen caps and add new info to text files etc etc even the most stupidest info can add up to something a year or 2 later
